That is why for every hour of paid executive coaching work I undertake, I offer an equivalent hour of pro-bono coaching to those who do great things for our communities and society- working in charities, not-for-profits, teaching, the NHS etc. This pro-bono coaching can be linked to the good causes you and your organisation already support.
